The company is the company Cyber Trust, the cybersecurity specialist arm of the company Group, with over 800 experts across EMEA. It works on Cyber Resilience, Applied Security and Managed Security services for large and medium-sized companies in all sectors.

The team in Portugal has operated since 2009, under the earlier name INTEGRITY. It offers Managed Security Services built on its own expertise and proprietary technology to lower clients' cyber risk.

Services include Persistent Intrusion Testing, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, GRC Consulting and Solutions, and Third-Party Risk Management. The team holds ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certifications, is a PCI-QSA, and is a member of CREST and the Center for Internet Security (CIS). It serves clients in more than 20 countries.

This role focuses on a sustainable construction sector client and begins with a project to block unauthorized USB device use through a data protection solution. Later projects will cover Zero-Trust, Data Protection, Regulatory Compliance and Application Security.

Responsibilities

• Take cybersecurity projects from scoping through final delivery, setting clear objectives, scope and risk assessments.
• Start by rolling out a critical data protection solution that blocks unauthorized USB devices.
• Keep project work aligned with strict industry standards for planning, quality assurance and communication.
• Serve as the main contact between business units, IT, OT, cybersecurity teams, vendors and external service providers.
• Run end-to-end RFI and RFP processes for security solutions, and help renew existing solutions with cybersecurity and purchasing teams.
• Prepare and chair project committees, sit on steering committees, build presentations for Cyber Steering Committees and keep the project portfolio tools current.
• Build a working understanding of the security solutions under review, through assessments, prototypes and test environments.
• Assess project risks and put mitigations in place. Ensure compliance with internal and external standards such as Minimum Security Rules, Security Policy, Secure-by-Design, NIS2 and GDPR.
• Produce project framing and scoping documents, steering committee presentations, status reports, process and deployment guides with prerequisites and step-by-step instructions, and transition-to-run (Move-to-Run) documentation.

Requirements

• Expert-level project management, with a proven record of scoping, leading and delivering complex IT or security projects.
• Expert-level reporting and communication, both written and verbal, for executive and technical audiences.
• Confirmed knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals, including frameworks, data protection, Zero-Trust, NIS2, GDPR and Secure-by-Design principles.
• Confirmed solid grounding in enterprise IT and OT environments.
