Description

The company gives people the trusted information they need to build, sell and own vehicles, and it is working on automotive intelligence, AI and data products.

The team is focused on changing the automotive industry, and its work touches CARFAX, automotiveMastermind, Market Scan and Polk Automotive Solutions.

This role owns the delivery setup for the planning portfolio, so the team has one reliable source of status, dependencies are visible, milestones are tracked, and updates appear without manual assembly.

Responsibilities

  • Keep one accurate, current view of what is done, in progress, at risk and coming up across all Procurement Solutions workstreams, and make it the main reference for the portfolio.
  • Design and maintain the Jira project setup, including epic hierarchy, sprints, fields and dependency tracking, and own the Confluence space structure, documentation standards and content.
  • Map and watch dependencies between workstreams and programmes, surface blockers early, and escalate with clear evidence.
  • Own the portfolio timeline across active programmes and releases, and make sure milestones are visible, up to date and linked to the epics beneath them.
  • Prepare inputs for the weekly cross-workstream status meeting, then own the follow-up and make sure actions get tracked to closure.
  • Track GTM, research, data operations and commercial work alongside engineering delivery, not separately or out of sight.
  • Coordinate release planning, track acceptance criteria and testing progress, and keep QA and sign-off visible and on schedule.
  • Produce regular status reporting for senior leadership, built automatically rather than assembled by hand, in a single view that is easy to read.
  • Enforce epic standards across the portfolio: outcome-based titles, testable Definition of Done, named owners and explicit dependencies, and push owners to close gaps.
  • Track cost and resourcing, including forecast to complete, external spend and emerging capacity needs.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years in delivery management or programme operations at a software product company, having run cross-functional programmes through major releases.
  • Experience with SaaS or data products is strongly preferred, and experience running several concurrent programmes or products is highly desirable.
  • Regular use of AI tools such as Copilot, AI-assisted documentation and automated reporting to cut manual work in status, backlog upkeep and documentation.
  • Proven experience setting up and maintaining Jira projects from scratch, covering configuration, fields, epic hierarchy and dependency tracking.
  • Experience owning status across engineering, product and non-engineering functions such as GTM, research and operations, including preparing materials and chasing owners.
  • Confidence challenging senior technical and product leaders directly on standards, definitions and status without going through a management chain, while staying persistent and tactful.
  • Based in Europe or available for European hours, with overlap into UK and European business hours, as the core team is in the UK and Europe.
  • Pay range: PLN 148,000 to PLN 230,000 per year. Final pay depends on factors such as location, experience, skills, qualifications and internal equity.

Conditions

Equal opportunity commitment in one short sentence: the company treats applicants and employees fairly, regardless of protected characteristics.

Benefits

  • Competitive pay, including base salary and incentive opportunities where applicable.
  • Health and wellness coverage for employees and eligible dependants.
  • Retirement savings plans, with company matching contributions where available.
