Description

This role owns the orthodontic marketing strategy for the DEXIS line, from development through launch and ongoing optimization, in close partnership with a sister operating company.

The work turns business, customer, and market insight into clear positioning, persuasive messaging, and integrated content for a strategic orthodontic growth initiative, with the goal of raising brand awareness, encouraging adoption, and supporting commercial growth.

You will lead cross-functional execution and work with clinical thought leaders and industry influencers to build credible, customer-focused stories and programs for orthodontic audiences.

The position is based in Quakertown, PA, and is listed under the title Sr. Marketing Manager, Orthodontics.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the North American orthodontic marketing strategy for the growth initiative, aligning priorities, launch plans, and execution across both companies.
  • Turn market, customer, competitive, and clinical insight into a roadmap covering awareness, demand generation, adoption, and commercial growth.
  • Develop positioning, messaging frameworks, value propositions, and audience personas that link the initiative to the needs of orthodontists, dental professionals, partners, and patients.
  • Act as the main marketing contact for the sister company, setting shared objectives, roles, timelines, governance, and working methods.
  • Work with product management, sales, clinical education, communications, digital, regional marketing, and agency partners to deliver one coherent go-to-market approach.
  • Partner with sales and commercial teams to build sales enablement, market activation, adoption, and growth programs from the strategy.
  • Plan and run integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, web, events, education, public relations, and sales enablement, keeping messaging consistent at every customer touchpoint.
  • Build a content strategy and editorial roadmap covering customer stories, clinical use cases, thought leadership, video, articles, social posts, webinars, presentations, and sales tools. Lead each piece from brief through review, production, launch, and optimization.
  • Design and manage a compliant expert and influencer program, including selecting clinical thought leaders and industry influencers, engagement models, content activation, relationship management, governance, and measurement. Work with these experts on education, advocacy, and storytelling that feels authentic.
  • Define KPIs, track campaign and content results, share practical insights, and keep improving the strategy. Manage budgets, agencies, timelines, approvals, and deliverables so work is high quality and on time.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is required.
  • An MBA is preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including a record of owning strategy and leading integrated execution.
  • Dental, orthodontic, medical device, or healthcare experience is preferred.
  • Strong skill in messaging, positioning, content strategy, content creation, and brand storytelling across channels and audiences.
  • Experience building expert, thought-leader, advocacy, or influencer programs, covering partner selection, governance, activation, relationship management, and measurement.
  • Able to influence across organizations and align diverse stakeholders, leading complex work through collaboration rather than direct authority.
  • Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and creative-brief skills, with sound judgment and close attention to detail.
  • Data-driven, able to define success measures, interpret results, and act on what they show.
  • Self-directed, curious, and well organized, able to balance strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and several priorities at once.
  • Able to read and analyze general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and government regulations.
  • Able to write reports and business correspondence.
  • Able to present information clearly and answer questions from managers, sales staff, customers, and the public.

Conditions

Up to 20% overnight travel to customers, trade shows, dealer meetings, clinical expert events, meetings with the sister company, and other business events.
