Description

The company builds IT Asset Management (ITAM) products inside its Technology Workflows area, and is positioning its platform as the AI control tower for enterprise workflows.

This role leads the Product Design team for ITAM. The job is to turn dense, data-heavy asset management work into clear, engaging and visually strong product experiences.

The company is looking for a manager-level design leader (M4) who combines systems thinking for products with a strong focus on visual craft, aesthetics and data visualization. You will coach and manage designers who turn complex operational data and AI lifecycle workflows into polished enterprise software.

The company values people from all professional and personal backgrounds.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the Technology Workflows design team, hire strong designers, support their career growth, and work hands-on with them on craft while also setting strategic direction.
  • Shape how enterprise teams manage technology assets using design thinking, generative AI approaches, and responsive interaction design for web and mobile.
  • Push visual quality across ITAM products, moving past plain tables and forms toward data visualizations, live status tracking and workflow dashboards.
  • Work closely with Product Management and Engineering leaders, from vision, architecture and roadmap through to precise final execution.
  • Work directly with the Platform and Enablement team to develop design tokens, elevation models, motion curves and new data visualization patterns.
  • Guide your team through user journey mapping, information architecture, high-fidelity prototypes, state transition design and detailed behavior specifications.

Requirements

  • Preferred: 4+ years of experience managing people and leading product design teams on complex software.
  • Preferred: 9+ years of total experience in product, interaction or visual design.
  • Preferred: Experience using AI in work processes, decision-making or problem-solving, such as AI tools, workflow automation, AI-driven insights, or assessing AI's impact on your field.
  • Preferred: Experience building AI features such as assistants, streamed tokens or autonomous lifecycle remediation into workflow products.
  • Preferred: Deep background in enterprise domains such as ITAM, Cloud Management, Observability, SecOps or developer tooling.
  • Preferred: A record of shipping visually striking, highly engaging UI and sophisticated data visualization for data-heavy or technical platforms.
  • Preferred: High standards for typography, spatial layout, elevation, micro-interactions and visual polish, and the ability to give actionable feedback on live design files.
  • Preferred: A strong portfolio that shows executive presence, design leadership, mentorship and raising craft standards across an organization.
  • Required: A bachelor's degree or higher in Design, Design Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or an equivalent mix of education and experience in a related field.
  • Required: Experience taking part in the full product development lifecycle for web or software applications.
  • Required: Experience in UX design, or work in industry such as corporate, software, web or agency settings.
  • Required: Experience leading teams through the full product development lifecycle of modern web applications.
