Sr. AI DevOps Developer - MUST Bilingual in KOREAN

Description

Senior AI DevOps developer role building AI agents and generative AI tools for clients, mainly in consumer electronics and retail.

The work combines hands-on AI application building with DevOps and support for AI systems already running in production.

The team builds solutions for several clients and works across both development and production environments.

Responsibilities

• Build custom AI agents, GenAI apps and AI automation shaped around each client's business needs.
• Ship, test, monitor and keep improving AI systems in development and production.
• Talk with client stakeholders and turn their business goals into workable AI designs.
• Build and run RAG pipelines, prompt designs, agent workflows, tool calling and LLM integrations.
• Handle production support, including monitoring, debugging, performance tuning, upgrades and incident fixes.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• Assess new AI models, frameworks and tools and recommend which ones suit client projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering or a related field.
• 9+ years in software development, AI, cloud or DevOps, ideally with hands-on GenAI and LLM development (strongly preferred).
• Hands-on experience building applications with generative AI and LLMs.
• Experience with agentic AI: multi-step workflows, tool calling, orchestration and autonomous task execution.
• Solid RAG knowledge: document processing, chunking, embeddings, vector search, retrieval methods and context management.
• Strong prompt engineering: optimization, structured outputs, few-shot prompting and reducing hallucinations.
• Experience with LLM platforms such as OpenAI or Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, AWS Bedrock or similar.
• Skill in LLM evaluation, AI app testing, model selection, token and cost optimization, latency and scaling.
• Experience connecting LLMs to enterprise apps, APIs, databases and business processes.
• Familiarity with AI security topics: prompt injection, data privacy, PII protection, access control and responsible AI.
• Strong Python programming. Java, JavaScript/TypeScript or C is a plus.
• Experience with REST APIs, backend services, microservices and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP.
• Experience troubleshooting and supporting production applications.
• Prior IT consulting or client-facing work is highly desirable.
• Good at analysis, troubleshooting, writing documentation, communicating and solving problems.
• Able to juggle several client projects and explain complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical people.
• Korean bilingual ability is a must.

Conditions

The contract runs 1 year and can be renewed.
