BIM Modeler / Junior Engineer - Korean Bilingual MUST

Description

The company is a Texas-based engineering startup that provides BIM solutions and digital engineering services for advanced manufacturing facilities.

It supports large semiconductor and high-tech construction projects across Texas and offers engineering services to global clients.

The role is a Junior Engineer / BIM Modeler position for someone starting out in BIM or VDC engineering. No prior BIM experience is needed. Candidates interested in engineering design, BIM, or construction technology who want to learn are encouraged to apply.

Selected candidates may take a free training program before starting, covering Revit MEP, BIM modeling, Navisworks coordination and clash detection.

Responsibilities

• Build, update and maintain BIM models.
• Model in Revit MEP.
• Run BIM coordination and clash detection.
• Attend project coordination meetings.
• Work with engineering and project teams.
• Support BIM and VDC work throughout each project.
• Help prepare BIM documentation and meet project requirements.

Requirements

• Interest in BIM, VDC, engineering design or construction technology.
• Interest in building a career in U.S. engineering and construction projects.
• Willingness to learn Revit, Navisworks and other BIM tools.
• Ability to pick up new technical software and processes quickly.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail, a sense of responsibility and a drive to learn.
• Korean language skills are required.

Conditions

Full-time employment.

Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

One Saturday off per month.

Korean language required.
