Solution Architect

Description

This is a key role in the wider Solution Architecture team.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions across several systems using cloud capabilities.
• Create roadmaps and set principles for that work.
• Work across a wide range of technologies.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities and problems.
• Lead and carry out solution architecture work at every stage of the change lifecycle for your assigned initiatives and domain areas.

Requirements

• Proven solution architecture experience in one or more of the areas below.
• Knowledge of solution architecture patterns and principles.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies, using cloud features or moving applications to the cloud.
• Experience designing and consuming APIs.
• Experience with microservices, either building new services or transforming applications into a microservices architecture.
• Exceptional communication skills, since you will work with business and technical stakeholders.
