Software Engineering Manager, Platform

You will lead the identity and access management team in the cloud business. The team is distributed, high-performing and working through an ambitious roadmap to modernize how user identities and access are managed.

Responsibilities

• Build a collaborative, creative team culture and mentor people to grow their technical skills. Set clear performance expectations, watch team dynamics, and hold regular meetings to align on goals and share updates.
• Draw up project plans and timelines for IAM initiatives. Assign resources to hit goals, track progress, and adjust as needed. Report status to stakeholders and manage risks and issues as they come up.
• Assess and adopt new technologies that strengthen IAM capabilities. Tie technical strategy to business objectives and lead technical discussions and decisions within the team.
• Work with key stakeholders to collect requirements and insight for IAM projects. Build strong relationships with internal teams so IAM solutions integrate smoothly. Share progress regularly and gather feedback to keep objectives and deliverables aligned.
• Run performance reviews for each team member and give constructive feedback and coaching for their growth. Recognize standout achievements to motivate the team and keep the environment positive.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years working in IAM.
• Experience with cloud-based technologies and architectures.
• Experience with IAM solutions and frameworks.
• Proficiency in software development methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices.

Conditions

Pay is base salary only. There is no variable compensation component.

Salary ranges are set using external market benchmarks, internal pay equity, and the responsibilities and complexity of each role, so roles stay consistent and competitive. The final offer within the range depends on relevant experience, skills and expertise, fit with the role requirements, and the scope and complexity of the position.

The typical starting salary range is 307 800 zł - 486 900 zł PLN.

The company is distributed, and many roles offer flexible locations and schedules.

An export license may be required for anyone located in or a national of Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria or Russia, including the listed Ukrainian territories; national origin does not affect eligibility.
