Software Engineer - TS/SCI with Polygraph

This role is a Software Engineer SME position on mission-critical government work for the Intelligence Community, where the software supports national security capabilities.

The team works in an agile setting and builds serverless, cloud-based systems for enterprise scale.

The role is based in Herndon, Virginia, USA.

Responsibilities

• Help the engineering team build enterprise-scale serverless cloud architectures that are scalable and reliable.
• Work with customers and mission partners to define next-generation requirements and explore what is possible.
• Find new solutions using current technologies to address changing challenges.
• Deliver new customer requirements as part of an agile team.
• Build, test and deploy microservices and their logic in AWS.
• Troubleshoot, debug, maintain and improve existing software.
• Write documentation for new and existing features.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 15+ years of related experience.
• Skills in JavaScript, React, Node.js and AWS.
• Ability to work with Agile/Scrum delivery teams in a hybrid setting.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Conditions

Onsite work in Herndon, Virginia, USA.

40 scheduled hours per week.

No travel required.

The likely salary range is $187,179 to $253,000. Actual pay depends on experience, location and possibly contract terms, and may fall outside this range.
