IT Program Manager, TS/SCI with Polygraph

Requirements

• You have demonstrated experience working with agile teams and agile development practices.
• You have demonstrated experience setting up and applying effective requirements practices, including breaking requirements down and documenting work tasks.
• You have demonstrated experience guiding multi-discipline project teams through every phase of product development to deliver successfully.
• You have demonstrated experience building project plans, roadmaps and timelines.
• You have screening and vetting experience.
• Skills: agile methodology, agile Scrum development, and leading project teams.
• You have 15+ years of related experience.
• You hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent mix of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
• You currently hold a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• US citizenship is required.
• Highly desired: demonstrated experience with sponsor networks.
• Highly desired: demonstrated experience working with JIRA and Confluence.

Conditions

Location: McLean, VA, onsite at a customer site.

Scheduled hours: 40 per week.

Travel: less than 10%.

Work setup: fully onsite.

The likely salary range is $162,037 to $219,227. This is not a guarantee. Pay is set by experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements, and may fall outside this range.
