The Legal, Risk & Compliance application development team within Digital Enterprise Technology is hiring a full stack software engineer. The role focuses on engineering quality: solid fundamentals, clean architecture, and shipping complete features across the whole stack.
The company is an AI CRM where people and agents work together on customer success. The team builds on the company as its main platform.
The company experience helps but is not required. Strong core engineering skills are what matter, and the company will help you ramp up quickly.
The company limits applications to 3 roles within 12 months.
Responsibilities
Design, build and deliver full stack features from end to end, covering UI, APIs, business logic, data models and integrations. Write code that is clean, maintainable and well tested.
Build component-based, responsive frontends and robust backend services and APIs using sound object-oriented and software design principles.
Use AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex or GitHub Copilot across the software development lifecycle, including scaffolding, refactoring, test generation, debugging and code review. Keep the same engineering standards for AI-generated code as for your own.
Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, event-driven patterns and enterprise integration practices.
Where the work runs on the company, develop with Lightning Web Components, Apex, SOQL and SOSL, Flows and the platform's security model. Support is available if you are new to the platform.
Explore and build agentic and AI-powered features, such as Agentforce, workflow automation and AI agents, that automate business processes, with governance and human-in-the-loop checks.
Own features through design, development, testing, deployment and production support.
Improve CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews and Agile ceremonies, and help raise engineering standards across the team.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in a technical area such as computer science, engineering or information systems.
At least 4 years of professional full stack software engineering experience, with solid skills across frontend, backend, APIs and data.
Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS and a modern frontend framework, plus object-oriented programming, RESTful API design, SQL databases and data modeling.
Daily hands-on use of AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex or GitHub Copilot. You write precise prompts and check AI-generated code for correctness, security and performance.
A working knowledge of software design patterns, the software development lifecycle, Agile methods, Git and CI/CD.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to design and deliver scalable technical solutions on your own.
Clear communication and good collaboration with teams across functions.
Even better if you have experience developing on the company with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL and SOSL, the company Flows and the platform security model. This is a strong plus.
Even better if you have worked with Agentforce, Data Cloud, Einstein AI or other AI agent or workflow orchestration platforms.
Even better if you have used enterprise integration tools such as MuleSoft, Platform Events or Named Credentials, or event-driven architectures.
Even better if you hold the company Platform Developer I or II certification or an equivalent industry certification.
Even better if you have experience with AWS, Azure or GCP, containerization, and observability or engineering productivity metrics.
Even better if you have shipped a production AI-powered feature, such as an agentic workflow, a RAG system or an LLM-backed interface. This is one of the strongest signals the company looks for.
The strongest candidates are engineers who can reason about architecture, write clean code and track down hard bugs, with or without AI. They reach for AI tools by default and use them to learn across the stack, not just in their specialty.
They adapt quickly, picking up new platforms such as the company or MuleSoft when the work requires it.
They take ownership, see features through to completion, care about quality and help the engineers around them improve.
They are interested in using AI on real business problems, such as automation, decision support and smarter workflows.
