Responsibilities

• Build and maintain fullstack applications using Java and Angular.
• Create RESTful APIs and backend services in Java.
• Develop responsive, interactive user interfaces in Angular.
• Produce clean, efficient, well-documented code that follows sound development practice.
• Review colleagues' code and work with the team to keep quality and consistency high.
• Find and fix technical problems promptly.
• Help shape the design and architecture of scalable software solutions.

Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 3 years of paid software development experience.
• Proven expertise in Java and Angular.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot.
• A solid grasp of designing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Experience building and scaling applications on AWS, with a focus on microservices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and good organisation.
• Unit testing with JUnit and Jasmine (preferred).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (preferred).
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
