Description

You will help build, scale and maintain the technology behind the company's products, alongside colleagues in the Stoke, Manchester and Sofia offices.

The company's award-winning casino has millions of daily players and offers games from 190+ providers on a proven tiered architecture.

The Gaming Platform team is split into sub-teams covering front end, transaction systems, tooling and core systems.

The stack uses Golang microservices and React, deployed across 7 global data centres and Google Cloud. The team is hiring Frontend Developers.

You will improve the platform, tackle hard technical challenges and shape the player experience.

The company is a leading online gambling operator, active since 2000, with over 10,000 staff and more than 120 million customers in 26 languages.

Its In-Play betting covers over 1.38 million events a year, with more than 750 concurrent fixtures at peak, 750,000 live sports streams (more than any other company in Europe), over 6 million HTTP requests a day and more than 1.5 million bets per hour at peak.

Responsibilities

• Own development from requirements through to go-live.
• Build and maintain Golang microservices or React front ends.
• Work across the Web, API and Transactions sub-teams.
• Strengthen the team's technical depth and bring new ideas to it.

Requirements

• Proven experience with React and either Go or C.
• A solid grasp of web and API development.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Knowledge of or experience with cloud platforms, GCP in particular.
• Interest in using AI across the development lifecycle.
• Experience working in high-volume environments where things move quickly.
• You take initiative when solving complex technical problems.
