Sr. Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the systems and APIs behind the customer experience platform.
• Design, build, and maintain the systems and APIs behind the privacy compliance tooling.
• Work with other engineering teams on cross-company technical projects that go beyond your own team's remit.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, ideally full-stack.
• A track record of designing and shipping production web applications or services on your own.
• Strong experience building microservices in Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with AWS.
• Experience with Angular, React, or a similar modern frontend framework.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
• Solid working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Curiosity and a real interest in learning new technologies.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• You enjoy creating new things as much as maintaining existing ones.

Conditions

Hybrid work: you join the in-person team at the state-of-the-art office on two core days, typically Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, and choose where you work for the rest of the week.

• Target annual base pay of $117,000 to $156,000, set using market-based compensation and tailored to each person's skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and other business factors.
• Beyond base pay, the total rewards package may include an annual bonus, equity, and other forms of compensation.
