Description

The company makes software for home-based care, and this role builds and grows its social media voice on LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube and other relevant channels.

You will own strategy, execution and ongoing optimization of the organic social program, working with the Director of Digital Marketing and connecting social to brand, content, demand generation, product marketing and events.

The role is a hands-on, manager-level individual contributor position that combines strategic thinking with strong execution to strengthen the company's digital presence and its B2B marketing.

Hybrid role based in Dallas, Texas.

Responsibilities

  • Set and carry out the organic social strategy, aiming for more presence, reach and meaningful engagement on LinkedIn, Meta and YouTube.
  • Plan the social calendar and write, edit, schedule and publish native content yourself, including copy, graphics, video, executive thought leadership, customer stories and event posts.
  • Work with demand generation, content, product marketing, communications, creative and events teams to weave social into campaigns, product launches, webinars and other programs.
  • Plan and run social activity before, during and after conferences, trade shows, webinars and customer events to extend their reach.
  • Build programs that let employees, executives and subject matter experts share company content and join relevant industry discussions in their own voice.
  • Manage community replies, listen to industry conversations, and keep an eye on competitors, trends and new opportunities.
  • Measure results across content, campaigns, traffic, engagement and attribution using HubSpot, platform analytics, UTM tracking, Google Analytics and other tools.
  • Produce regular reports that explain what works, what doesn't and next steps, going beyond activity counts. Test ideas and use the data to keep improving the program.

Requirements

  • 5, 7+ years of B2B social media or digital marketing experience, with substantial hands-on ownership of B2B social programs.
  • A track record of taking social programs from strategy through to execution, not only strategy or oversight.
  • Strong LinkedIn skills, covering B2B content, executive thought leadership, employee advocacy and community engagement.
  • Experience running LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram and YouTube programs.
  • Excellent B2B writing, editing and storytelling, able to turn complex topics into clear, engaging social posts.
  • Experience making social graphics and short-form video, with proficiency in Canva.
  • Experience tying social to wider campaigns, events, webinars, trade shows, product work and content programs.
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience, including campaign tracking, contact engagement, dashboards, reporting, lifecycle data and attribution.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn performance data into practical recommendations.
  • Experience with social management and analytics platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, UTM tracking, digital campaign measurement and marketing attribution.
  • Strong project management, with the ability to work across teams and drive your own execution.
  • A portfolio or work samples showing hands-on social content, campaigns, creative or video work.
  • Preferred: experience in B2B healthcare, health tech, SaaS or regulated industries.
  • Preferred: Adobe Creative Suite or Adobe Express experience.
