The role is for a client-facing technical advisor who turns business needs into dependable MHK solutions. It is an L2, client-heavy position focused on finding root causes across data, integrations, configuration and system behavior, then supporting implementation and validation and guiding solution decisions.
The job is hybrid, based in Tampa, FL, with onsite work three (3) days per week.
You will work with clients and internal teams, applying a hands-on approach to resolve complex issues and reach lasting outcomes.
Responsibilities
Use SQL, system data, logs, configuration and approved tools to investigate issues and confirm behavior. Pinpoint likely causes across configuration, data, integrations, environments, workflows and product functions.
Triage complex escalations by judging scope, impact, reproducibility and priority. Collect evidence, suggest next steps and give context before passing issues to Product or Software Engineering.
Support client file layouts, inbound and outbound feeds, batch processing, SFTP operations, PBM exchanges, vendor feeds and related integration workflows.
Review files, payloads, rejections, mappings, code values, crosswalks and processing results. Work with clients, PBMs, vendors and internal teams to fix problems, define corrective actions, and record assumptions, dependencies and repeatable fixes.
Build trusted client relationships by giving guidance that helps them succeed. Recommend and validate solution options, spot suitable cross-sell and upsell chances, and work with Sales and Account Management on client growth and retention.
Work with Functional Consultants to clarify client needs, support configuration, and contribute to implementations, enhancements and client-specific operational delivery.
Check configuration, environment readiness, setup, workflow feasibility and technical results against requirements. Flag and communicate risks, gaps, blockers and dependencies.
Explain configuration impacts, product behavior, best practices, solution options and operational trade-offs to clients, turning technical findings into clear business guidance.
Build or support risk-based validation for defects, enhancements, configuration changes, client issues and releases. Coordinate with QA when formal testing is required.
Confirm that changes meet requirements, reach expected results and avoid unnecessary downstream impact. Record expected and actual results and open risks in a short, reusable format.
Support release, regression, upgrade and production validation across the relevant environments.
Find ways to expand or improve services, and work with Sales and Account Management on cross-sell or upsell talks, client growth, adoption and retention.
Use approved AI tools to speed up work, automate routine technical tasks, improve analysis and documentation, and resolve client issues faster, while following MHK security, privacy, HIPAA/PHI and responsible AI policies.
Requirements

Working knowledge of system configuration, integrations, technical support processes, testing and environment validation.
Strong skills in analysis, troubleshooting, prioritization, documentation and cross-functional communication. You can move from symptoms to root cause and explain technical topics to business, operational and technical audiences.
