As a senior individual contributor, you will own complex testing work, shape the team's quality strategy and set engineering standards, while working with software engineers, quantitative specialists, product managers and other stakeholders in an international setting.
Responsibilities
Build and upkeep scalable automated suites for database-backed applications, APIs and web interfaces.
Own test automation across the whole development lifecycle, from requirements analysis through to production release.

Connect automated tests to version control and continuous integration workflows.
Review test code and help shape coding standards, reusable components and maintainable automation practice.
Report quality risks, test coverage, defects and release readiness to technical and non-technical audiences.
Use AI-assisted tools for test design, test data, code generation, failure analysis and documentation, checking outputs for accuracy and compliance.
Work proactively with colleagues across functions, locations and cultures.
Drive continuous improvement across quality assurance and software engineering practice.
Guide peers through reviews, documentation and daily collaboration, without formal line management duties.
