Description

The Talent & Culture group builds the programs and experiences that take people from first contact through onboarding and beyond. Recruiting is the starting point of that work.

The technology teams build tools and infrastructure that help investors make sound decisions, so getting the right people into those teams matters.

The role suits someone who treats recruiting as a skilled discipline, is genuinely interested in technology, is comfortable with data, and can earn trust from both technical leaders and candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Run full-cycle recruiting for software engineering, data, cloud, cybersecurity, AI/ML and product roles, from intake and market research through sourcing, assessment, interviews, offer and close.
  • Work directly with technical hiring managers and with engineering, data, product and infrastructure leaders to clarify team goals, technical needs and what a successful hire looks like.
  • Turn technical requirements into focused talent profiles, sourcing plans and market maps.
  • Build candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, talent databases, referrals, professional networks and direct outreach.
  • Give hiring managers market intelligence, including pipeline data, competitive context and clear recommendations.
  • Track funnel health through pipeline volume, stage conversion and time in stage, flag problems early and propose changes.
  • Keep every candidate informed with a clear, timely and respectful process from start to finish.
  • Hand off smoothly to Talent & Culture colleagues once an offer is accepted, through to onboarding.
  • Improve recruiting processes, tools, sourcing methods and the experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements

  • Required: 4+ years of recruiting experience, including meaningful work on technical or technology-related searches.
  • Required: Recruiting experience in at least one technical discipline: software engineering, data, cloud or infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI/ML or product.
  • Required: Ability to learn technical concepts and turn them into effective search strategies.
  • Required: Strong communication and relationship-building skills, and the willingness to give hiring managers frank advice.
  • Required: Comfort using recruiting data and pipeline metrics to spot gaps and guide decisions.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred: Experience with Workday or another enterprise applicant tracking system.
  • Preferred: Curiosity about how technology is evolving and how that shapes the talent market.

Conditions

Hybrid work: in most locations, four days in the office each week to collaborate in person on a regular basis, with other flexibility options available as needs change.

Tools and resources let you engage with global colleagues wherever you are.
