Description

The company builds tools for financial professionals as agentic AI changes how their work gets done, and this role leads the discovery and delivery of those tools for the Agentic Solutions team.

The company offers connected data, independent research, investor-focused tools and long-term portfolio strategies. It supports a global investing ecosystem with subsidiaries in over 30 countries and serves individual and institutional investors, financial advisors, asset managers and others.

Success is measured by how clear, valid and impactful the use cases are, and by how quickly they move from discovery to production-ready agentic development.

Ideas are judged on their merit, and your judgment directly shapes the work.

Responsibilities

  • Own the discovery, validation and delivery of high-impact agentic use cases across the research and analytics platform and the agentic capabilities.
  • Run experiments, talk directly with clients, and decide what gets built and when, based on evidence.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on how asset managers, wealth managers and advisors work, and use that knowledge to guide how the agentic capabilities evolve.
  • Design and run experiments and prototypes to test use cases, applying your understanding of AI software development to move the strongest bets into development sooner.
  • Define market requirements for data, analytics and workflows with data and software development teams so the right capabilities are scoped and prioritized.
  • Work with software, data and solutions leaders to shape the product vision and execution plan, and with engineering and design to prioritize the highest-impact work.
  • Meet prospects and clients directly, including live demos and feedback sessions, to build awareness and adoption of the agentic solutions and to inform what comes next.
  • Work with product marketing, sales and client success teams. Gather client input and explain market needs so the right capabilities reach the right people.
  • Build responsible AI considerations, including bias, safety, privacy and reliability, into how the agentic capabilities are developed and positioned.

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, computer science or a related field, or have equivalent experience.
  • Have five to ten years of relevant industry experience, product management experience, or both.
  • Understand the financial professional market well enough to help build tools for the people who work in it. You may have come from work as an advisor, fund analyst or at a financial software provider, or built that understanding another way.
  • Familiarity with the company's research and analytics platform or comparable tools is a plus.

Conditions

This role is based in the Chicago office and requires working onsite four days per week.

The total cash compensation range is $125,050.00-191,733.33, including annual base salary and target incentive.

Most locations follow a hybrid model with four days in the office each week, and other flexible arrangements are available as needs change.

Tools and resources are provided so you can engage with colleagues around the world, wherever you work.

Benefits

  • 401k with a 100% company match on contributions up to 6% of salary.
  • Potential for stock ownership.
  • Company-paid life insurance equal to 1x salary plus commission.
  • Medical, dental and vision coverage, with possible premium discounts and company HSA contributions of $500-$2,000 a year on certain plans.
  • Wellness incentives of $300-$600 a year.
  • Company-paid long-term and short-term disability insurance.
  • Trust-based time off.
