Its customers include hyperscalers, AI labs, the AI hardware supply chain, data platform providers and the wider AI ecosystem.

This is a Senior Content Writer role on the Global Value Management team. You will create reusable, modular content for enterprise value propositions, proactive proposals and supporting technical, operational and commercial documents, drawing on strong enterprise infrastructure knowledge.

You will turn technical, operational and commercial input from Product, Engineering, Value Consultants, Competitive Intelligence, CX, Partners and Sales into clear customer stories that show the business value of the company's solutions.

You will be the lead content writer on the team, maintaining the global master content library that supports scalable proposal work and enforcing written content standards so that output stays governed, reusable and on message.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain reusable content, owning the technical, operational and financial value levers for the company's solutions.
• Build modular components at several levels of detail, from executive summary to standard narrative to deep technical content.
• Adapt the core narrative for specific personas and industries where needed.
• Repurpose existing material such as case studies, product documentation, analyst endorsements and services content for structured proposals.
• Keep the global master content current with roadmap priorities and release cycles.
• Turn technical, operational and financial inputs into value narratives, pulling together contributions from cross-functional experts and checking accuracy directly with them to secure approval.
• Balance technical depth with executive-level clarity.
• Write best practice placeholder content for value propositions, proactive proposals, and technical, operational and commercial appendices, with clear narrative flow and business value.
• Join selected live proposal work to refine standards and identify content that can be reused.
• Write content for strategic proactive proposals where needed.
• Co-own content standards, contribute to QA and structured release management, and set clear communication and approval steps with stakeholders.
• Make sure all output meets messaging, quality and governance requirements.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, with proven writing experience in at least one of: enterprise storage (block, file, object), compute and virtualization platforms, hybrid cloud architecture, data center, or infrastructure operations.
• Ability to engage technical experts confidently and interpret architecture and operations concepts.
• Experience turning financial concepts into simple narrative, even when the subject matter experts giving you input have no finance background.
• Comfort working across a multi-solution portfolio and explaining integrated solution value.
• Exceptional written English, able to produce precise, polished, executive-ready content.
• Significant experience writing technical, solution or value-based content in an enterprise IT setting.
• Proven record of turning complex technical, operational and commercial input into clear customer-facing narrative.
• Experience building reusable, modular content or structured proposal components.
• Strong executive writing skills, including compelling summaries and structured appendices.
• Experience working across Product, Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Services teams.
• Track record of driving SME engagement, review cycles and approvals independently.
• Strong discipline in version control, content lifecycle and revision management.
• Preferred: experience supporting enterprise sales or value selling.
• Preferred: familiarity with proposal development and business case writing.
• Preferred: exposure to modular content systems or AI-enabled content tools.
• Preferred: experience in global organizations using standardized messaging frameworks.
