Description

The company has moved from its origins in storage to a data platform business. It is publicly listed on the NYSE under the ticker P, finished fiscal 2026 with $3.7 billion in revenue and its first billion-dollar quarter, and expects growth to speed up in FY27.

Its strategic focus covers hyperscalers, AI labs, the AI hardware supply chain, data platform providers, and the wider AI ecosystem.

You would sit in the PMO of the Global Sales Organization (GSO), running large programs that move sales and go-to-market goals forward.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, cross-functional sales and GTM programs from start to finish, turning business priorities into scope, outcomes, workstreams, milestones, dependencies, resource needs, and measurable success criteria.
  • Own one or more programs and their linked workstreams, driving them from strategy and planning through rollout, adoption, and proof of value.
  • Apply a solid grasp of sales and GTM organizations, processes, and operating models while working with sales leadership, sales and revenue operations, enablement, marketing, channel partners, product, finance, IT, and other teams.
  • Set up program governance and operating cadence, including integrated plans, decision forums, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, resource planning, change control, and clear ownership of each workstream.
  • Work through unclear business problems by assessing issues, weighing options and tradeoffs, and recommending a course that helps sponsors and business leaders decide well.
  • Work with business leaders to convert strategic goals into measurable outcomes, KPIs, adoption metrics, business cases, and ROI, keeping programs focused on business value rather than just activity.
  • Learn the seller and field experience well enough to spot process, technology, organizational, and adoption dependencies that could slow GTM initiatives.
  • Link business and technology teams by turning business requirements into workable plans and checking that technical solutions still serve sales and GTM goals.
  • Find cross-project risks, dependencies, resource limits, and competing priorities early, push teams to resolve them, and escalate to sponsors and leadership when needed.
  • Make sure business owners, workstream leads, and partner teams know their responsibilities, commitments, decisions, and expected outcomes.
  • Build trust with sponsors, business owners, and senior stakeholders by reporting program health, key decisions, risks, and recommendations briefly and in an executive-ready way.
  • Drive decisions and hold people to their commitments across organizational lines, even without formal authority.
  • Spot the wider effects of program decisions on sales, GTM, technology, and operations so dependencies and organizational impacts surface early.
  • Run program governance forums and Executive Steering Committee reporting, preparing decision-focused materials and making sure each meeting ends with clear decisions, owners, and follow-up.
  • Work with business owners and Finance to plan resource needs, including capacity, priorities, and support for business cases and investment choices.
  • Lead readiness and adoption planning with business and change or enablement teams so new processes, capabilities, and tools actually get used in the field.
  • Improve the way programs run through retrospectives, lessons learned, and health assessments, feeding what you learn into future programs and PMO standards.
  • Coach project managers and workstream leads and share program management practices that strengthen delivery.
  • Contribute to the PMO Center of Excellence with PMO leadership and peers, helping apply and refine enterprise standards, frameworks, governance, processes, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of steadily growing program management experience leading medium-to-high complexity, cross-functional programs in large organizations.
  • Experience supporting sales, GTM, revenue or sales operations, or related commercial teams, with a good understanding of sales processes, motions, and field work.
  • A record of independently turning strategic priorities into structured programs with clear scope, governance, ownership, milestones, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
  • Solid business and financial judgment, able to link program work to business value, investment needs, ROI, productivity, adoption, and revenue.
  • A track record of influencing and communicating with senior stakeholders and sponsors, handling competing priorities, and driving cross-functional decisions without direct authority.
  • Strong written and spoken communication, with the ability to condense complex information into clear recommendations, decisions, and executive-ready material.
  • Able to work across business and technology teams, understand technical dependencies, and convert them into business implications and actionable plans.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, highly cross-functional setting with lots of ambiguity, balancing strategic thinking with disciplined execution.
  • Curious about AI and forward-looking, with working knowledge of emerging AI capabilities and genuine interest in how AI can change sales, GTM, and program management.
  • Able to use AI and automation to raise PMO productivity in planning, analysis, reporting, risk identification, knowledge management, and other program workflows.
  • Experience with program or project methods and tools such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches, and Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, or equivalent, with judgment to pick the right approach for the work.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, facilitation, and problem-solving skills, and a habit of bringing recommendations and solutions forward on your own.
  • Interest in helping build broader PMO standards, best practices, and capabilities.
  • PMP or equivalent project or program management certification is preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma or process improvement experience is a plus.
