Description

You will join the Expert Services team as a Senior Technical Architect, owning delivery and technical solutioning across a portfolio of customer projects.

Each engagement needs a different mix, so you may run delivery end to end, go deep on architecture and integrations, or do both. The role suits someone comfortable moving between program management and hands-on technical ownership.

You will work with account executives, customer success managers, delivery managers and technical architects so customers reach value quickly and get a strong return on their investment.

The company runs a customer engagement platform that helps brands deliver personalized experiences through cross-channel messaging, journey orchestration and AI-driven decisioning. It is headquartered in New York with offices in Austin, Berlin, Bucharest, Chicago, Dubai, Jakarta, London, Paris, San Francisco, São Paulo, Singapore, Seoul, Sydney and Tokyo.

The team is growing fast worldwide and values high standards, teamwork and balance between work and life. People here act with autonomy, take ownership and stay open to new views.

Responsibilities

  • Take charge of customer implementations from onboarding through go live, and act as the deep technical lead on integrations and solutions where an engagement calls for it.
  • Design and build technical solutions, including SDK and API integrations, while keeping scope, timelines and stakeholders aligned.
  • Spot and clear roadblocks early, whether they are project risks or technical blockers, so work stays on schedule and technically sound.
  • Act as the link between the company and the customer's product and engineering teams, turning needs into concrete technical plans when you own the technical side.
  • Build trust across the account with stakeholders from senior staff to end users, learning their business and technical goals.
  • Coordinate with the customer's agencies and third parties so external partners stay in step with project goals and timing.
  • Set KPIs and success measures, promote early adoption, and apply best practices that speed up time to value.
  • Record stakeholder roles, technical requirements and integration details so the Customer Success Manager team can take over cleanly after completion.
  • Feed customer use cases back to product development and keep current on platform capabilities, including training on the company's decisioning product.
  • Refine delivery and technical processes, and run enablement training and workshops shaped to each customer.
  • Bring the organizational and communication discipline of a delivery manager alongside the technical depth of a technical architect, depending on the project you are staffed to.

Requirements

  • Your career sits where people and technology meet, moving easily from a project timeline one day to a hands-on integration the next.
  • Interest in or practical experience with SaaS, mobile, APIs, marketing automation, analytics or programming such as HTML, enough to own SDK and API workstreams yourself rather than only coordinate them.
  • Well organized and dependable, with a habit of improving processes and keeping project tracking current.
  • A sharp analytical and creative problem solver who can diagnose project and technical issues and see them through to resolution.
  • Collaborative, able to juggle competing priorities, win over stakeholders and perform in a quick-moving cross-functional setting.
  • Strong listener and speaker who can explain technical ideas clearly to technical and non-technical people through video calls, workshops and writing.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to speed up work and improve daily efficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • 2 to 5 years in a customer-facing role, ideally in implementations, technical consulting or customer success, with a record of both project delivery and hands-on technical work.
  • Strong project management alongside real depth in APIs, SDKs or related integration work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
