Description

The company runs a customer engagement platform that helps brands deliver personalised, cross-channel messages and journeys. It is headquartered in New York, with offices in Austin, Berlin, Bucharest, Chicago, Dubai, Jakarta, London, Paris, San Francisco, São Paulo, Singapore, Seoul, Sydney and Tokyo.

The company is growing quickly worldwide and works to high standards, teamwork, and a healthy balance between work and life.

This Lead Technical Program Manager role sits in the Solutions organization and owns the POC program: the process, governance, and resourcing model that decide how customer Proof of Concepts are scoped, staffed, and run.

You will build and operate the system that gives every Solutions Consultant running a POC a clear playbook, the right resources, and a structured route to a technical win.

This is an individual contributor role focused on program design and operations. You will not own any single customer engagement. Instead you will set standards, cadence, and tooling for POC delivery and use data to keep improving the program.

Responsibilities

  • Define the end-to-end POC method, including intake criteria, standard timelines, and exit and success criteria that consultants apply to each POC.
  • Build and maintain a resourcing and capacity model that matches POC demand to technical staff across regions, and raise capacity gaps with the AVP, Global Technical Consulting.
  • Run the recurring intake, status, and review meetings for all active POCs, so Sales and Solutions Consulting leaders see progress and risk without running each engagement yourself.
  • Design the risk and escalation process for scope creep, resourcing gaps, and technical blockers, and step in only on the highest-risk POCs.
  • Create and maintain repeatable playbooks, templates, and tools for field use, so the team becomes more consistent and faster in every region.
  • Own POC program metrics (volume, cycle time, win rate, and resourcing utilization) and report trends and recommendations to the AVP, Global Technical Consulting.
  • Work with Product and Engineering to pass on recurring POC blockers and feature gaps, and with Sales and Solutions Consulting on demand forecasts.
  • Use program data to find bottlenecks, then adjust process, staffing, and tooling to lift win rates and shorten cycle time.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in technical program management, solutions consulting operations, or a similar role in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven experience designing, scaling, or running a technical program such as POCs, pilots, or technical evaluations across many engagements at once, rather than running individual engagements yourself.
  • Solid program management basics: scoping, milestone tracking, resource planning, and risk management.
  • Enough understanding of APIs, SDKs, and data integrations to scope and sequence technical work. You do not need to build the solution yourself.
  • Strong stakeholder management, able to get Sales, Solutions Consulting, Engineering, and customer stakeholders working from one shared plan.
  • Clear written and spoken communication, with experience reporting program health to leaders.
  • A plus: PMP, CSM, or an equivalent program or project management certification.

Conditions

For US-based candidates, the starting base pay range is $89,000 to $140,000 per year, with expected On Target Earnings (OTE) of $107,000 to $167,000 per year including bonus or commission.

The final offer may vary based on factors such as market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Beyond cash pay, this role qualifies for a full Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock units (RSUs), so you will own a share of the company.

We know talented people sometimes hesitate to apply unless they meet 100% of the criteria. Please apply even if you do not, as the team would like to meet you.
