Description

The team is small and hands-on, and works on connecting the company AI Labs products, models, agents and data into demonstrable solutions that show customers and executives their value.

The role is a senior individual-contributor position that blends software engineering, applied AI, solution architecture and storytelling. It moves from a customer problem to code, from an API integration to a live demo, and from technical detail to an executive conversation.

The mission is to show how capabilities across the company AI Labs portfolio can combine to deliver measurable customer outcomes faster, showing what customers can do today, what new combinations make possible, and how to get from one to the other.

The company is an AI CRM where humans and agents work together on customer success. The company is focused on workforce transformation in the agentic era.

The company AI Labs brings together AI-native businesses and software companies moving toward agentic business models. Each has its own strengths, customers and go-to-market focus, and the goal is to connect them into new ways for customers to operate, respond and grow.

To apply, please limit yourself to a maximum of 3 roles within 12 months to avoid duplicated effort.

Responsibilities

  • Build connected solutions: create working prototypes, API integrations and agent workflows that span several products and enterprise systems.
  • Begin with the business problem. Work with customers, portfolio leaders and go-to-market teams to find use cases where combining capabilities adds real value.
  • Design demonstrations that are reliable and repeatable, making complex technology easy to follow and linking customer needs, system actions and business results.
  • Present to executives, customers, developers and sales teams, adjusting the depth for each audience without losing technical credibility.
  • Run quick experiments on new agentic experiences and architectures. Label clearly what is available, what is a working prototype and what is a future concept.
  • Package reference architectures, integration components, demo environments and playbooks so other teams can reuse them.
  • Set baselines and measure outcomes such as implementation time, process cycle time, cost to serve, service resolution and customer experience.
  • Share integration gaps, customer demand and technical constraints with product and engineering leaders, backed by evidence from your builds.

Requirements

  • You have personally built customer-facing software, integrations or technical prototypes that solved real business problems.
  • You code well in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript or a similar language, and can build and debug across services and create a usable demo interface.
  • You understand modern API design, including authentication, webhooks, event-driven integration, data contracts and reliable execution across systems.
  • You have hands-on experience with models and tools from providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic, plus open-source agent frameworks and harnesses.
  • You understand tool calling, retrieval, orchestration, context management, evaluations, observability and human approval in agent workflows.
  • You can judge model limits, reliability, latency, cost, data access and what it takes to take a prototype to customer deployment.
  • You tell a story well and can give a live demo and explain its business significance.
  • You can work through ambiguity, pick up unfamiliar products quickly and ship useful iterations with a small team.
  • You can turn a broad goal into a testable use case with a believable route to customer value.
  • Useful extras: forward-deployed, applied AI, solutions engineering or customer-facing architecture work; demos or proofs of value across several enterprise products; process intelligence, workflow automation, customer research, customer service or digital experience platforms; reusable assets for several customers or go-to-market teams; startup or founding-engineer work with direct customer contact.

Conditions

This is a senior individual-contributor role.

These first-90-day outcomes are proposals, to be adjusted to product access and team capacity. In the first 30 days, map the portfolio and integration opportunities and choose two high-value customer scenarios with business sponsors and measurable outcomes. By 60 days, deliver one working multi-product demo with a clear story, documented dependencies and an early reliability and value assessment. By 90 days, validate the scenario with customer or field teams, package it for reuse and propose the next build priorities based on evidence.

Benefits

  • The company offers benefits and resources intended to help you keep a healthy balance and do your best work.
