Description

The Expert Services team is hiring a Senior Technical Architect to own project delivery and technical solutioning across a portfolio of customer projects.

Depending on each engagement, you will lead delivery end to end, do deep architecture and integration work, or do both, so each customer gets the right mix of program management and technical depth.

You will work within Expert Services as someone who moves between delivery and technical ownership fluidly instead of staying in one lane.

You will partner with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Delivery Managers and Technical Architects to help customers reach value quickly and get strong return on their investment.

The company is a customer engagement platform that helps brands deliver personalized, cross-channel experiences, and it is growing quickly on a global scale.

The company is headquartered in New York with offices in Austin, Berlin, Bucharest, Chicago, Dubai, Jakarta, London, Paris, San Francisco, Sao Paulo, Singapore, Seoul, Sydney and Tokyo.

The team values autonomy, accountability and openness to new ideas.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer implementations from onboarding through go live, and act as the deep technical lead on integrations and solutions when an engagement requires it.
  • Build and deliver technical solutions, including SDK and API integrations, while keeping timeline, scope and stakeholders aligned.
  • Spot project risks and technical blockers early, and resolve them quickly to keep work on schedule and sound.
  • Work with customer stakeholders at every level, from senior leaders to end users, to learn their business and technical goals and build trust across the account.
  • Serve as the link between the company and the customer's product and engineering teams, turning requirements into technical plans when you own the technical side.
  • Coordinate with the customer's agencies and third parties so they stay aligned with the project goals and timeline.
  • Set KPIs and success metrics, encourage early adoption, and apply best practices that speed up customer time to value.
  • Bring customer use cases to product development, and keep up with platform capabilities, including technical training such as Decisioning Studio.
  • Record stakeholder roles, technical requirements and integration details so the Customer Success Manager team can take over smoothly after completion.
  • Refine delivery and technical processes, and run enablement training and workshops tailored to each customer.
  • Apply the organizational and communication rigor of a Delivery Manager along with the technical depth of a Technical Architect, depending on the project you are assigned to.

Requirements

  • Your career has been built where people and technology meet, and you can manage a project timeline one day and work hands-on in an integration the next.
  • Interest in or hands-on experience with SaaS, mobile, APIs, marketing automation, analytics or programming such as HTML, enough to run SDK and API workstreams yourself rather than only coordinate them.
  • Highly organized and dependable, with a habit of improving processes and keeping project tracking current.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem solver who can diagnose project and technical issues and drive them to resolution.
  • A natural collaborator who can balance competing priorities, motivate stakeholders and perform in a busy, cross-functional team.
  • Strong listening and verbal skills, with the ability to explain technical ideas clearly to technical and non-technical people through video calls, workshops and writing.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to speed up your work and improve daily efficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • 2 to 5 years in a similar customer-facing role, ideally in implementations, technical consulting or customer success, with a record of both project delivery and hands-on technical work.
  • Strong project management skills combined with real technical depth in APIs, SDKs or related integration work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
