  • A bachelor's degree (BEng or BSc) in a numerate, scientific or engineering subject, or equivalent higher education, training and experience.
  • Proven experience managing requirements in tools such as DOORS or Polarion.
  • Proven experience working in, or leading, a team going through IVVQ for a solution or product.
  • Thorough knowledge of the engineering lifecycle, from concept design and requirements through system and subsystem design, integration, test strategy, acceptance and design update.
  • Desirable: experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methods and tools.
  • Desirable: proven experience managing requirements specifically in Polarion.
  • Desirable: knowledge of architecture frameworks such as MODAF, DODAF or TOGAF.
  • Desirable: experience in product line engineering.
  • Desirable: experience in the electronic warfare, radar or telecommunications domain.
