Description

The team is hiring a senior staff outbound product manager in Data & Analytics to take the company's workflow data fabric and its professional database product to market.

You will help customers grasp and adopt these advanced enterprise data tools by shaping positioning, product launches, seller training and direct customer conversations.

The work spans data architecture, platform speed, analytics, readiness for AI and customer value. You will turn technical ideas into stories, go-to-market plans, customer content and field training.

The business already brings in about $600M in revenue, with a goal of reaching $1.5B by 2029. The aim is not to sell data as a separate item, but to show how it strengthens the company's workflow offering, customer results, AI readiness and major deals.

You will find the customer problem, build the market story, and help scale enablement and growth work across individual, small-group and mass-audience outreach. You will work with product, engineering, sales, solution consulting, product marketing and customer-facing teams so the market understands what the next-generation data platform delivers.

Responsibilities

  • Set the outbound product strategy for the workflow data fabric and the professional database product, turning complex capabilities into customer value, sharp positioning and market stories.
  • Define the core messaging, use cases, buyer personas, competitive edge and customer proof points that explain to technical and executive audiences why the products matter.
  • Work with inbound product managers, engineering, product marketing, sales, solution consulting and customer teams on launch strategy, field readiness, growth plays and adoption plans.
  • Present as the product voice in customer briefings, executive meetings, analyst sessions, webinars, conferences and major deal support, tailoring the message for practitioners and business leaders.
  • Explain data, analytics, integration, performance and AI readiness as business results, use cases and seller-ready messages, without going deeper into technology than the audience needs.
  • Convert field feedback, customer insight, competitive intelligence and adoption data into recommendations for roadmap priorities, go-to-market work and outbound spend.
  • Own major outbound materials: sales playbooks, launch campaigns, demos, solution briefs, competitive guides, field training, executive decks and customer product stories.
  • Set and track success measures for outbound work, such as launch readiness, seller use, customer engagement, pipeline influence, product uptake and market feedback.

Requirements

  • Have 10+ years in enterprise software product management, outbound product work, technical product marketing or go-to-market roles, including owning customer launches, positioning, field enablement and sales plays.
  • Have enterprise software experience. A strong preference goes to people who have built, positioned, sold or brought software products to external enterprise customers.
  • Have worked as a builder or seller of software, not only as an internal IT lead, implementation owner or user of similar tools.
  • Know enterprise data and analytics well, including data platforms, databases, integrations, cloud infrastructure, analytics or AI/ML data layers, and turn these into differentiated positioning and customer value. Deep engineering or architecture ownership is not needed.
  • Understand how data strategy, integration, data management, databases and platform features support enterprise AI and workflow change.
  • Have engaged external enterprise customers, sellers and executives through briefings, discovery talks, launches, field events or deal support, and used those exchanges to sharpen messaging and execution.
  • Communicate and tell stories well, making complexity clear to practitioners, business decision-makers, sellers, executives and customers.
  • Influence across product, engineering, marketing, sales, solution consulting, customer success and field teams.
  • Organize well and manage several strategic initiatives at once in a fast-moving, high-growth setting.
  • Helpful: experience supporting data platform, database, integration or iPaaS, infrastructure, analytics, AI/ML data layer or enterprise SaaS platform products.
  • Helpful: experience giving demos or supporting technical customer talks, EBCs, sales work, analyst sessions, webinars, conferences or major deals.
  • Helpful: experience building field enablement, launch narratives, competitive positioning, proof points, executive messaging or adoption programs.
  • Helpful: experience with federal customers or heavily regulated enterprise markets.
  • Helpful: US citizenship or green card status is preferred to support federal market opportunities.
