Senior Staff Inbound Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Set product strategy that positions the company for growth toward $10B+ in revenue.
• Explain product priorities to stakeholders and build agreement around them.
• Stay accountable for results, regardless of which team or role owns each piece.
• Lead projects with multiple teams from development through to launch.
• Track AI product trends and research, and turn them into strategic bets and differentiated features.
• Fold usability studies, research and market assessments into product requirements to improve user satisfaction.
• Translate complex problems into clear requirements and propose solutions.
• Adapt communication across formats so that different audiences understand their needs.
• Drive promotion of efforts across groups of team members and influence people inside and outside your team.

Requirements

• Have used AI in work processes, research or problem solving, such as AI tools, workflow automation, evaluating AI-derived insights, or assessing AI's effect on your function or industry.
• Have 12+ years of software product management experience.
• Set priorities well and focus on high-impact work.
• Define and capture product requirements and turn them into a product roadmap.
• Show deep curiosity about customers and a record of building relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
• Drive solution development with a broad, big-picture view.
• Act as a team principal and coach employees at lower levels.
• Have shipped at least one AI-native product from conception to production scale.
• Have deep working knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) architecture, server design, and MCP-based system orchestration.
• Understand Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication protocols and multi-agent workflow design.
• Have hands-on familiarity with LLM capabilities, limitations, hallucination patterns and prompt engineering trade-offs.
• Have architected product solutions across multiple platforms or APIs, including dependencies, handoff points and data flow.
• Have deep knowledge of the HR technology landscape.
• Can assess vendors' AI/LLM capabilities, data quality and readiness for agentic workflows.
• Have experience with consumption-based pricing models or token-based economics in AI products.

Conditions

Base pay for this location is $190,900 to $334,100, plus equity when applicable, variable or incentive compensation, and benefits.

Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive structure.

Base pay is a guideline; individual total compensation varies with qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.

Compensation depends on the geographic location of the role and may change with it.

Work persona (flexible, remote or required in office) is assigned based on the nature of the work and work location. The company may confirm the distance between your home and the nearest office using a third-party service.
