You will run the daily work of the affiliate channel, own partner relationships, and find ways to lift results in the US ecommerce business. You will also help grow the affiliate presence on Meta and YouTube.

You report to the US paid media team and work with the TikTok affiliate team, performance marketing, brand marketing, social, creative, and analytics. You will also coordinate with outside affiliate networks, agencies, and platform partners.

Success means the traditional program runs smoothly each day, with active partners, current offers, tracked placements, and no missed details. Reports are reliable and on time, showing leadership what works and what needs attention. New partners are recruited and productive within a sensible ramp period. Social affiliate work on Meta and YouTube stays organized and grows, with clear records of creators and their results.

Responsibilities

  • Run the traditional affiliate program day to day: approve partners, manage offers and links, coordinate placements, set up commission structures, monitor compliance, and resolve issues.
  • Recruit and onboard a balanced group of publishers, editorial and content partners, loyalty and rewards platforms, comparison and deal sites, and new commerce affiliates.
  • Maintain relationships with active partners and negotiate commissions and placements within program guidelines. Escalate complex commercial terms to the manager.
  • Turn the US ecommerce commercial calendar into affiliate campaigns for launches, priority categories, promotions, and seasonal events.
  • Keep partners engaged through product seeding, early access, tailored offers, and recognition for performance.
  • Watch partner and program results daily and flag trends, anomalies, and chances to improve.
  • Test and refine partner mix, offers, placements, and content to raise revenue, conversion, and return on investment.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and channel updates for the manager and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Oversee the networks, agencies, and software you use, and answer for how well they execute.
  • Help Legal and Finance with partner agreements, disclosures, and payment processing.

Requirements

  • You have 4-6 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, social commerce, or a closely related field.
  • You have run an affiliate program yourself, covering partner recruitment, network management, commissions, offer coordination, tracking, and reporting.
  • You know creator commerce on Meta, YouTube, or similar platforms.
  • You understand affiliate economics, attribution, and conversion, and you can read the data and act on it.
  • You build and keep productive relationships with publishers, creators, networks, and agencies.
  • You stay organized with many active partners, offers, and deadlines at once.
  • You communicate clearly and can write performance summaries and partner updates for internal and external readers.
  • You are proficient in affiliate network platforms and comfortable with Excel or similar reporting tools.
