Conditions
The company may require proof of current vaccination against certain diseases, including COVID-19. Requirements vary by role.
Some roles may be subject to U.S. export controls for prospective employees who are nationals of countries under embargo or sanctions. Under the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (15 CFR §743.13(b)), the company may need an export license, which can take 3 to 6+ months, or a Technology Control Plan (TCP), which typically adds 2 weeks to hiring.
For roles under export controls, the offer depends on an approved export license and/or an executed TCP before the start date. Timing may or may not be flexible, and the process will not unreasonably delay hiring. Candidates will be told of any steps needed.
Applicants with arrest and conviction records are considered in line with fair chance laws.
Preference goes to qualified candidates who do not live, and do not plan to live, in Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina or Tennessee.
The role may be filled at a different job level than listed, depending on business need and the selected candidate's experience, knowledge and skills.
Pay is based mainly on the job level at which the role is filled and the candidate's qualifications, consistent with applicable law.
