You will join this team as a senior full stack developer.
Responsibilities
- Build software that meets acceptance criteria and user stories, keeping quality and maintainability high.
- Help shape the technical roadmap by weighing technical, commercial and risk factors.
- Analyse requirements, fix defects and refactor code to improve performance and scalability.
- Lead on technical matters in the team by promoting good practice, supporting CI/CD and keeping delivery standards high.
Requirements
- A strong technical background, including experience with SaaS or web-based applications.
- Analytical and detail-focused, with a strong team spirit.
- Comfortable mentoring others, contributing to architectural decisions and building your own skills and those of the team.
- Experience with C,.NET Framework, SQL Server, JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
- A solid grasp of SaaS architecture, design patterns, CI/CD pipelines and agile practices.
- Comfortable with DevOps tooling and unit testing frameworks, with a focus on quality.
- Flexible and pragmatic, able to handle shifting priorities and timelines.
- Able to explain technical concepts clearly to people across different teams.
