Description

The company builds AI software and hardware, and this role sits in its Retail team, which focuses on digital commerce.

You will be the main technical contact for AI-native startups and software partners building next-generation retail applications, working directly with their developers to build, tune and scale agentic AI systems on the company's platform.

You will look for promising AI-native retail startups and hands-on help their developers connect the company's software stack, including Nemotron models, Nemo Microservices and NemoClaw, to their products, with the goal of better performance, lower inference cost and faster production rollout of agentic AI applications.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical contact for startups and developers building agentic, multi-modal applications or adding AI agents to existing platforms.
  • Work with developers on the company's Agentic AI stack, including Nemo Microservices, Nemo Agent Toolkit, Dynamo, Nemotron models and CUDA-accelerated pipelines, to improve performance and scalability.
  • Create sample applications, tutorials and technical content that demonstrate protocols for LLMs and agentic workflows.
  • Collect developer feedback and use it to shape the company's product roadmap and developer experience.
  • Help startups complete integration and certification within the company's partner programs.
  • Represent the company at industry events, developer meetups, VC forums and hackathons to find emerging startups and promote the Agentic AI strategy.
  • Work with the Retail team on startup go-to-market, including strategic partnerships and company-led events.

Requirements

  • A BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years in Developer Relations, AI engineering, startup technical roles or technical alliances.
  • Hands-on experience building agent-based systems with frontier and open-source models, such as OpenAI, Mistral, Llama, Hugging Face and LangChain, including RAG pipelines.
  • Strong Python skills, plus working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and Linux environments.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
  • Nice to have: experience with model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, memory architectures and agent orchestration frameworks.
  • Nice to have: a record of building and growing developer communities and driving adoption through technical programs.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with the company technologies such as NeMo, Nemotron and CUDA, and with GPU-accelerated AI development.

Conditions

Base salary depends on location, experience and other objective job-related factors.

Expected base salary is 224,000 USD to 356,500 USD for Level 5, and 272,000 USD to 431,250 USD for Level 6.
