Senior Project Manager (Remote, Contract)

Description

The company runs several projects at once across departments and needs a senior project manager to lead them.

The role covers the full life of each project, from planning and solution design through budgeting, staffing and risk management.

You will also work on how the business operates, finding inefficiencies and turning them into concrete requirements.

Responsibilities

• Run several projects at the same time across departments, keeping each one on schedule, within scope and within budget.
• Take each project from start to finish: plan it, design the solution, set the budget, assign people and manage risk.
• Review workflows and business processes to spot weak points and convert them into requirements the team can act on.
• Improve processes using process modeling, data analysis and gap analysis.
• Guide people through change so transitions go smoothly and stakeholders support the outcome.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams as systems, processes and technology solutions are integrated.
• Keep stakeholders informed and aligned through requirements gathering, progress updates and managing expectations.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of project management experience.
• Background in business analysis or product management.
• A record of improving business processes and getting changes into products or operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams that include both business and technical stakeholders.
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English.
• Optional: hands-on experience putting AI into products or processes and measuring the results.
• Optional: working knowledge of no-code or low-code tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble or Bolt.
