Description

The company's global website is a key part of the customer journey, and this role helps shape and evolve its digital experience.

You will work across marketing, business and technology with designers, web operations, engineering, content, SEO/GEO, CRO, media, analytics and local website owners in 11 markets.

You turn ideas, customer needs and business priorities into product direction and scalable solutions, guiding work from concept through to delivery and ongoing improvement.

You have wide ownership: you set day-to-day priorities, make recommendations and decide within your area. The Head of Websites and Owned Media and senior stakeholders join you on strategic priorities and major trade-offs.

You report directly to the Head of Websites and Owned Media in the Websites and Owned Media department, part of the global marketing organization. The department has 30 people from many cultures and countries, covering web operations, UX/UI, SEO/GEO, CRO, content and engineering, and works to keep the site consistent across markets while relevant to each one.

The company has 2,500 colleagues across 11 countries.

Responsibilities

  • Set the website product roadmap and capabilities, ranking work by customer value, business impact, effort, risk and strategic priorities, and state the trade-offs clearly.
  • Connect concepts to execution by working with design, business, engineering and web operations to deliver scalable solutions, clear build requirements and reusable capabilities.
  • Write requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria that development teams can build from.
  • Work with engineers and solution architects to test, refine and confirm that solutions scale and fit their purpose.
  • Give web operations and market website owners clear principles, components and guidelines so they can adopt and scale solutions while keeping global consistency and local relevance.
  • Lead UAT and release readiness, checking that experience, functional, accessibility, content and business needs are met, with full documentation.
  • Measure impact through data, customer insight and experiments, and use the results to keep improving the website.
  • Make sure accessibility is considered across the product lifecycle and that capabilities meet WCAG standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Ideally, you have experience in several of the following areas.
  • 7+ years in digital product management, website development, digital experience, marketing or a similar field.
  • Experience as a technical product manager, product owner or similar role, working across business, design and engineering.
  • Experience with complex websites, CMS platforms or digital ecosystems. Sitecore or a comparable enterprise CMS is highly desirable.
  • A solid grasp of web technology and architecture, including APIs, content rendering, caching, frontend and backend integration, and key performance concepts such as Core Web Vitals.
  • Experience turning concepts and designs into scalable digital solutions and components.
  • Stakeholder management skills: handling competing priorities, challenging constructively and making clear recommendations.
  • Experience in a global organisation, balancing global consistency with local market needs.
  • Experience in the financial sector is a plus.
  • You are curious, highly structured and pragmatic, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to break complex challenges into clear problem statements, outcomes and actionable opportunities.
  • You are comfortable making decisions and owning them, and you focus on the details needed to make an idea work in practice.
  • You know when broader alignment or senior input is needed, and you can handle differing views to move work forward.
  • You are open to new ways of working, including AI-powered tools, and look for ways to automate repetitive tasks, raise quality and focus on higher-value work.
