Construction and engineering projects depend on how well organizations handle commercial commitments, contract obligations, procurement, changes, costs and risk.
The company is hiring a senior product manager to set direction for its commercial and contract management software. The scope covers customer and sales contracts, supplier commitments, material and equipment buying, subcontracts, variations and change orders, and commercial controls across the project lifecycle.
This is a hands-on senior role for someone who knows how commercial and contract work runs on real construction and engineering projects and has turned that knowledge into enterprise software.
The early priority is strengthening subcontract management. The longer goal is a wider commercial framework that links customer contracts, procurement, supplier commitments, changes and project financial results in one connected experience.
You will work with construction and engineering firms in Europe and North America, including commercial and contract managers, quantity surveyors, project directors, procurement leads, project controls teams and finance staff.
The company is a billion-dollar revenue business with more than 7,000 employees. It builds enterprise software for organizations that make and distribute goods, build and maintain assets, and run service operations, and its AI technology sits at the core of that software. It serves more than 10,000 customers.
Responsibilities
Set and communicate the vision and strategy for commercial and contract management in the construction and engineering product line.
