Description

The company makes enterprise security and resilience software, delivered as a next-generation cloud platform. The platform brings risk intelligence, security operations, crisis and emergency management, and business continuity into one system.

The team is building the central intelligence layer for a modern Security Operations Center. Rather than only improving detection, the platform automates the decision loop, aiming to move physical security from reactive monitoring to proactive, automated resilience. The goal is to define how Agentic AI works in that space.

You would own the roadmap for a cloud-native intelligence platform that joins video, access control, and critical communications. Its agents automate detection and verification, coordinate incident response ahead of time, and direct devices and inputs at scale while working alongside human operators.

Responsibilities

  • Take end-to-end ownership of the product, from strategy and customer engagement through execution and shipping features that lead the market.
  • Work directly with customers and sales to understand their needs.
  • Study the market and competitors to create differentiated value in the product.
  • Collect and rank product ideas, keep the strategic roadmap current, and define requirements and features.
  • Partner with engineering, AI, and UX teams on feature design and development.
  • Work with senior management, fellow product managers, UX designers, engineering, sales, customer success, and professional services to deliver best-in-class experiences.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in product management, including at least 3+ years on AI/ML products, workflow automation, or robotics.
  • A bachelor's degree.
  • Solid understanding of SOC/GSOC environments or other high-tempo operations centers, such as logistics, 911 dispatch, or IT NOC, including alert fatigue and time-to-resolution.
  • Hands-on experience with Vision Language Models (VLMs), Generative AI (LLMs), or agentic frameworks, and a clear view of the trade-offs between retroactive validation and forward reasoning in AI design.
  • A track record of shipping complex B2B interfaces that reduce cognitive load, with a focus on task alignment over generic trust scores.
  • Creative, strategic thinking and experience with visual AI, plus strong UX design instincts.
