We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own the future of the company Engagement and help define what great employee listening looks like in the years ahead.
Employee listening is a critical way HR leaders understand their organizations, build trust with employees, and turn feedback into action. As expectations for listening evolve, the company has an opportunity to make Engagement a more strategic, intelligent, and indispensable part of how companies lead.
You’ll create the long-term strategy for the company Engagement and lead the first major iteration of that strategy from discovery through launch. You’ll join a cross-functional team ready to execute, and together you’ll build products that give HR leaders a clearer understanding of their people—and the confidence to act on what they learn.
If you enjoy solving meaningful customer problems, developing a strong point of view, and turning strategy into high-impact products, you’ll love the impact you can have here. As a Lead Product Manager for Engagement, you will:
Own the Engagement and employee-listening strategy. Define not only what we build next, but what the future of employee listening should mean for the company and the HR leaders we serve.
Turn insight into action. Develop product experiences that help HR leaders gather meaningful feedback, understand what it reveals, and take action that improves the employee experience.
Lead strategy. Drive discovery, prioritization, execution, launch, and iteration for the products that bring this vision to life.
Build a deep understanding of customers. Partner with Research to understand the needs, workflows, and most important decisions of HR leaders, and use those insights to guide the roadmap.
Partner closely with Engineering and Design. Translate customer problems and product strategy into clear, high-quality experiences that customers will want to use.
Use data to sharpen decisions. Work with Data Science to identify opportunities, measure outcomes, and continually improve the product.
Drive go-to-market readiness. Partner with Product Marketing to shape positioning, launches, and customer communication.
Own outcomes. Set and influence the key results that show Engagement is creating value for customers and for the company.
What You Will Bring to the Table
We’re looking for a product manager with the strategic instincts, customer empathy, and employee-listening expertise to shape the next generation of the company Engagement. You’ll be a great fit if you have a combination of:
7+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
Direct experience with employee engagement, surveys, employee listening, feedback, research, or insight products.
A clear and informed point of view on the future of employee listening, including how product innovation can help organizations better understand and respond to their people.
A track record of taking ambiguous, high-impact product problems from strategy through execution and measurable customer outcomes.
Deep customer empathy and an ability to understand the priorities and challenges of HR leaders.
Strong product judgment: you can balance a compelling long-term vision with the practical decisions required to ship meaningful work now.
Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, especially with Engineering, Design, Research, Data Science, and Product Marketing.
A bias for action and the ability to create clarity and momentum in an evolving space.
Bonus:
Experience building products for HR, people teams, or other complex organizational workflows.
Experience with AI-enabled research, feedback, analytics, or insight products.
If you have strong experience in employee listening, survey products, or adjacent customer-insight domains—even if you do not meet every preferred qualification—we encourage you to apply. We’re looking for a strong product thinker with a meaningful perspective on the future of employee listening, not a perfect resume.
