Description

You would lead the company's pregnancy and postpartum work as a senior product manager on the women's health team.

The company makes a connected ring and app that track readiness, activity and sleep, and it already gives millions of people daily insights and practical next steps.

The company is growing fast, and you would work with science, clinical, design, engineering, partnerships, regulatory and hardware teams to shape the vision, the science and the product experiences.

The role is high impact, aimed at improving how millions of people experience pregnancy and postpartum. Strong AI product skills and consumer experience are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Build a long-term vision that helps people in pregnancy and postpartum understand their bodies, handle symptoms, spot risk and act to protect their health and wellbeing.
  • Work with scientists, clinicians, designers, engineers and commercial colleagues to turn research, user insight and scientific findings into new product experiences.
  • Ship bold, novel pregnancy and postpartum experiences, both wellness and regulated, to grow member acquisition and retention and improve measurable health outcomes.
  • Set product requirements from early concept through launch, iterating on evidence.
  • Own launch readiness and what happens after launch.
  • Own adoption, quality, safety and outcome metrics.
  • Use market, qualitative and quantitative data to judge performance and guide later versions.
  • Help shape the wider Product team's practices and encourage curiosity, ownership and ongoing improvement.
  • Work with regulatory, legal and quality teams to keep product strategy aligned with applicable regulatory frameworks.

Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of product management experience, ideally at fast-scaling companies with high-quality consumer products.
  • Have built and scaled 0-to-1 products with measurable results.
  • Have shipped AI-enabled or AI-native consumer products through launch and iteration.
  • Use AI tools in your own work for discovery, research synthesis, prototyping, analysis, requirements and decisions. Be able to explain how AI changed your practice, how you check AI outputs, and where human judgment stays essential.
  • Have worked with engineering, data science and design to define product behavior, evaluation criteria, feedback loops, quality thresholds and failure handling.
  • Understand healthcare and/or women's health deeply, with professional experience and impact building healthcare products.
  • Have co-developed high-caliber, science-backed experiences with scientists and clinicians.
  • Communicate clearly in writing and speaking, and influence and build strong relationships across diverse teams.
  • Have experience with regulated, privacy-sensitive or safety-critical products.
  • Have defined evaluation frameworks, quality metrics or feedback loops for AI-powered products.
  • Have worked across software and connected hardware.
  • Have worked with clinical teams.
