Senior Product Manager - Patient Relationship Management (x/f/m)

Description

The role is Senior Product Manager for patient relationship management, leading the evolution of a patient messaging solution that lets healthcare professionals communicate with their patients.

The messaging platform launched in Italy in 2021 and now handles millions of care conversations each month across several countries.

You will work with a team of full-stack developers based in Milan and Berlin, focused on improving productivity and healthcare professional satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Set and carry out the long-term product strategy for patient messaging and communication services.
• Guide cross-functional teams through technical change, including architecture upgrades and AI integration.
• Make the patient relationship management tools scale across multiple countries.
• Work with senior stakeholders to make sure the product vision matches business goals.
• Oversee the integration of newer products, such as an AI phone assistant and document sharing.

Requirements

• You have a proven record in senior product management roles with strategic impact.
• You have designed, launched and scaled technical products in SaaS or B2B settings, ideally in healthcare or other regulated industries.
• You make product decisions based on data and analysis.
• You have technical knowledge and hands-on experience with distributed systems and platform architecture.
• You are fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment that moves quickly.

• Nice to have: Italian, which is highly recommended for the Milan location.

Conditions

Permanent, full-time contract based in Milan.

Hybrid working model.

Total compensation between €70,000 and €100,000 per year, including a performance-based bonus of 10%.
