Senior Product Manager - Business Banking

It has over 900 employees across more than 12 locations and is among Europe's fastest-growing fintechs.

The Business Banking product is one of the newest areas being built. It is a from-scratch build: a full banking offering layered on top of the company's existing payments customer base, backed by experienced product leaders.

The team is one of the company's most ambitious new areas and works with a strong focus on speed, purpose and customer care.

AI is central to how the company builds products and works.

Responsibilities

• Own a significant part of the Business Banking product.
• Lead a cross-functional team made up of design, product and data analytics. There are no direct reports, but you are accountable for the team's day-to-day performance and for shipping on schedule.
• Build net-new propositions that do not exist yet, rather than making incremental changes.
• Deliver customer-facing product and APIs in the company app, on both web and native mobile, for business banking customers.
• Develop a banking proposition on top of the existing payments infrastructure, aimed at customers who are already active.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience leading a cross-functional product team day to day.
• Experience across the full product lifecycle, including early-stage building and scaling.
• Ability to work in a high-ambition, high-resource setting alongside experienced product leaders from across the industry.
