Description

The company is a European fintech that has served businesses since 2004, offering an all-in-one platform for getting paid, managing money and growing. It has more than 250,000 business customers, over 900 employees and 12+ locations.

The Business Banking product is one of the newest areas the company is building. It is a from-scratch effort: a banking offering layered on top of an existing, established payments customer base, so it combines the pace of a new build with the resources of a scaled business.

The role is a Senior Product Manager position owning a significant part of this product. You would work with experienced product leaders who have built this kind of thing before.

The company uses AI across teams and roles as part of how it builds and makes decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a cross-functional team spanning design, product and data analytics, without direct reports.
  • Own the team's day-to-day performance and make sure work ships on time.
  • Build new propositions that do not exist yet, rather than making small iterations on existing ones.
  • Deliver customer-facing product and APIs across the company app on web and native mobile for business banking customers.
  • Develop a banking proposition on top of the existing payments infrastructure, aimed at customers who are already active.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience leading a cross-functional product team day to day.
  • Familiarity with the full product lifecycle, from early-stage building through to scaling.
  • Ability to work in a high-ambition, high-resource setting alongside experienced product leaders from across the industry.
  • Interest in using AI to help shape the future of finance.

Conditions

No direct reports in this role.

Equal opportunity: the company welcomes applicants regardless of background.

Benefits

  • Regular feedback and performance reviews for development.
  • Fair, transparent salary reviews along the way.
  • Opportunity to grow with the product area as the company expands across Europe.
  • Opportunity to build a meaningful distribution channel from the ground up.
