Description

The company builds AI that lets the physical world respond to people, with the aim of removing repetitive tasks. Its products already replace parking with a drive-in, drive-out experience for millions of members and are expanding into retail and hospitality.

The team includes product leaders and engineers building a set of technologies across parking, mobility, and real estate.

This role leads internal product strategy and is fully dedicated to internal AI initiatives. You will work with business leaders in Finance, Operations, and Go-To-Market to find the bottlenecks that slow them down and remove them, using AI-first changes.

Responsibilities

  • Set priorities for the internal Applied AI roadmap, turning vague business problems into ranked engineering specs and AI-driven solutions
  • Work with leaders in Finance, Operations, and GTM to map current workflows, spot where automation would help, and drive adoption of new internal tools
  • Work with AI Engineers to design, scope, and launch internal applications, prompt pipelines, RAG setups, and agentic workflows
  • Write requirements, PRDs, and measurable success metrics for each change, tracking time saved, errors reduced, and cost impact
  • Run agile product cycles, collect direct feedback from internal users, and keep improving deployed AI tools and output quality
  • Manage change efforts so new internal tools and systems are adopted across business units and keep delivering value
  • Track production reliability, internal tool usage, and the business value that deployed systems produce
  • Build prototypes yourself instead of only writing specs for others to build

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management or technical product leadership, with at least 2 years shipping AI-powered applications, LLM implementations, or process automation systems
  • A record of internal process transformation, operational improvement, or building software for internal business teams
  • Practical knowledge of LLMs, prompt systems, agentic patterns such as tool calling and multi-step reasoning, and RAG architectures
  • Hands-on experience building with AI tools, including prompt engineering, AI coding agents, and rapid prototyping, not just directing engineers
  • Working knowledge of data architectures, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure, including SQL, Snowflake, and AWS
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical business leaders
  • Good instincts for change management and empathy for users so non-technical teams can move to AI-first workflows
  • Entrepreneurial drive and a preference for shipping fast, testing in iterations, and tackling open-ended problems in a fast-paced setting
  • Analytical and product-driven, comfortable with complex operational workflows and modern AI architecture, applying the same product rigor as a core product team while moving quickly with vendors when needed
  • Plus: Experience selecting, evaluating, and integrating third-party vendors for enterprise AI or software
  • Plus: Experience scaling internal productivity tools or AI agents at high-growth technology companies
  • Plus: A computer science, data science, or related technical background
  • Plus: Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, and governance frameworks for enterprise AI use
  • Plus: Experience at hyper-growth startups or in environments with rapid organizational change

Conditions

Office-first model: corporate team members must be on-site at least 4 days a week

The anticipated base salary is $180,000.00 USD to $205,000.00 USD per year; the final offer depends on qualifications, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, education, certifications or licenses, and location of residence or workplace

The company may use an automated employment decision tool to assess candidacy against the posted qualifications and responsibilities, and keeps related data for as long as reasonably necessary; if hired, that data may become part of your employee records
