Description

The company builds AI that makes the real world respond to people. It calls this the Recognition Economy, where repetitive tasks fade and being recognized brings access, comfort, and belonging wherever you go.

Its work ranges from parking, with drive-in and drive-out entry for millions of Members, to extending its intelligence layer into retail and hospitality.

The team includes product leaders and engineers working where parking, mobility, and real estate meet.

The stack includes TypeScript, React, Scala (mainly), Java (limited), MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, AWS, Git and GitHub, Claude Code, Copilot on GitHub, and Datadog.

Responsibilities

  • Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for payment processing, subscription billing, and revenue automation and reconciliation, with a focus on accuracy, scale, and reliability.
  • Manage the company's payment processor relationships and strategy, including processors, routing, and fee structure, and represent product in those partnerships.
  • Shape client reporting by working with Real Estate Partners (REPs) on their reporting needs, and explore MCP-based or agentic access to their data as an alternative to static dashboards.
  • Work with Engineering to set priorities and build platform solutions together.
  • Define and track metrics such as reconciliation accuracy, billing cycle time, and revenue leakage to guide prioritization.
  • Share roadmap, progress, and risk with Product, Engineering, Finance, and executive leadership.
  • Recruit, coach, and grow a team of product managers as the organization scales.

Requirements

  • You will own how the company processes, records, and reports on payments. The company processes $5B in payments a year, and $1B of that runs through its own platform today. You will own and grow that $1B.
  • You will lead product strategy for payment processing, enterprise billing, client and revenue reporting, and revenue automation and reconciliation.
  • You report to the Head of Product as an individual contributor, working hands-on in strategy, execution, and cross-functional alignment. Over time, you may build and lead a team of product managers in this area.
  • 10+ years of product management experience, including owning payments, billing, or financial-systems products.
  • Deep knowledge of payment processing (routing, reconciliation, PSP relationships) and of enterprise and subscription billing.
  • Strong technical and data skills, including financial data models, transaction schemas, SQL, and ledger systems.
  • Able to engage with Engineering on system architecture and integration tradeoffs without owning them.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to prioritization.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including with clients (REPs) and executive leadership.
  • Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous settings, turning complexity into clarity.
  • Experience using AI tools to turn static workflows into responsive, high-output processes.
  • Optional, a plus: experience building and leading teams.
  • Optional, a plus: domain experience in parking, transportation, or mobility.

Conditions

Work on-site at least 4 days a week, under the company's office-first model.

Anticipated base salary is $235,000.00 USD to $255,000.00 USD per year. The actual offer depends on qualifications, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, education, certifications or licenses, and location of residence or workplace.

An automated employment decision tool may assess your candidacy against the listed qualifications, and related personal data is kept as long as reasonably needed for that use, becoming part of employee records if you are hired.

Benefits

  • Base salary is one part of total compensation, which may also include healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a stock option plan the company describes as lucrative, bonus plans, and more.
