Description

The company builds AI that makes the physical world respond to people, starting with parking and expanding into retail and hospitality.

The team is small and fast-moving, and this role is entirely focused on internal AI work for the company's own operations.

The company says it is looking for builders, innovators and problem solvers to help create this.

Responsibilities

  • Set priorities for the internal Applied AI product roadmap, turning vague business problems into prioritized engineering specs and AI-first solutions.
  • Work closely with leaders in Finance, Operations and GTM to map current workflows, find where automation would help most, and drive adoption of internal technology.
  • Work with AI Engineers to design, scope and deploy internal apps, prompt pipelines, RAG implementations and agentic workflows.
  • Write requirements, PRDs and measurable success metrics for each change, and track results such as time saved, fewer errors and cost impact.
  • Run agile product cycles, collect direct feedback from internal users, and keep improving deployed AI tools and output quality.
  • Manage change so new internal tools and systems are adopted across business units and keep delivering value over time.
  • Monitor production reliability, internal tool adoption and the business value that deployed systems deliver.
  • Build prototypes yourself instead of only writing specs for others to build.

Requirements

  • You have 6+ years of product management or technical product leadership experience, including at least 2 years shipping AI-powered applications, LLM implementations or process automation systems.
  • You have a record of improving internal processes or operations, or of building software for internal business users.
  • You understand modern AI capabilities, including LLMs, prompt systems, agentic patterns such as tool calling and multi-step reasoning, and RAG architectures.
  • You build with AI tools yourself, including prompt engineering, AI coding agents and rapid prototyping, rather than only directing engineers.
  • You are comfortable with modern data architectures, data pipelines and cloud infrastructure, including SQL, Snowflake and AWS.
  • You communicate well with stakeholders and can explain complex technical ideas to non-technical business leaders.
  • You care about change management and user needs, so non-technical teams can move smoothly to AI-first workflows.
  • You are entrepreneurial, favor shipping quickly and testing iteratively, and enjoy open-ended problems in a fast-paced setting.
  • Optional: experience managing third-party vendor selection, evaluation and integration for enterprise AI or software.
  • Optional: experience scaling internal productivity tools or AI agents at a high-growth technology company.
  • Optional: a computer science, data science or related technical background.
  • Optional: knowledge of enterprise security, compliance and governance frameworks for enterprise AI use.
  • Optional: experience in hyper-growth startups or during rapid organizational change.

Conditions

The role is office-first and requires being on-site at least 4 days a week.

The anticipated base salary is $190,000.00 USD to $210,000.00 USD per year. The final offer depends on factors such as qualifications, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, education, certifications or licenses, and location of residence or workplace.

The company may use an automated employment decision tool to assess candidacy against the job's listed qualifications and responsibilities, and keeps related data for as long as reasonably necessary for that use.

The company is an equal opportunity employer.

Benefits

  • Total compensation may include healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a stock option plan and bonus plans.
  • You join a team of product leaders and engineers working across parking, mobility and real estate.
