Description

The company is a sports technology firm working where sports, media and betting meet, serving more than 1,700 federations, media outlets, betting operators and consumer platforms in 120 countries.

This Senior Product Manager role sits in the Live Data division and links real-world sporting action and on-field performance with the company's AI-driven product range for the betting sector.

You will make sure the company's AI investments in sports data produce measurable commercial results, owning product strategy for key AI betting products from early innovation through to market-ready offerings that surpass client expectations.

You will act as the link between AI development and business value, setting roadmaps with AI engineers and data scientists and working with global stakeholders, including major US sports leagues and federations.

Hiring steps: a screening call with a talent partner, an online interview with the hiring manager, an onsite session with team members including a technical discussion and a team fit check, then a final conversation before any offer.

Responsibilities

  • Set the product vision and roadmap for AI-powered betting products.
  • Spot commercial openings where AI can give betting clients differentiated value.
  • Join the AI team's daily standups, planning sessions and design reviews to keep a strong technical grasp and keep product and market aligned. Expect some European hours to collaborate with US partners.
  • Build and refine product KPIs together with AI, Live Data and commercial colleagues.
  • Turn complex AI outputs into clear product stories and value propositions for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Evaluate data quality, model performance and product reliability to drive ongoing improvement.
  • Forecast and measure the business effect of AI releases, and build cases for investment and prioritisation.
  • Coordinate AI engineering, Live Data operations, QA and go-to-market teams to ensure smooth launches.
  • Scan the AI opportunity landscape for Live Data and propose new concepts and upgrades across rule-based analytics, simulation-driven predictions and foundation-model products.
  • Take operational and product tasks off the AI team so they can focus on core technical delivery.
  • Set quality standards and help improve product processes and deliverables.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in data-heavy or AI/ML-driven product environments.
  • Solid grasp of the sports betting sector, including trading, odds compilation, in-play markets and related data products.
  • Proven skill at turning technical AI/ML concepts into commercial product opportunities.
  • Experience working alongside engineering and data science teams in agile settings.
  • Interest in how AI products are built, including rule-based systems, predictive modelling, simulations and foundation models.
  • Strong analytical ability: defining KPIs, reading model outputs and making decisions based on data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to present to technical teams and senior leaders.
  • Comfortable working in a global setting across European and US time zones.
  • Strategic thinking combined with a practical, execution-focused approach.
  • Background in predictive analytics, machine learning products or sports data platforms: a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI and basic SQL: advantageous.

Conditions

Office-first: you will be on-site five days a week, though exemptions may apply depending on location, and your local contact can confirm the details.

Some flexibility around European working hours is required to work with US-based partners and stakeholders.

Benefits

  • Work with colleagues across the world, including engineering offices in Europe, Asia and the US, with social events and team-building.
  • Autonomy to manage your day and tasks, with a balance of structure and freedom.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Community groups, including Women in Tech and Pride, open to everyone.
  • Global employee assistance programme.
  • Calm and Reulay well-being apps for focus, rest, mindfulness and long-term mental resilience.
  • Online training videos.
