Senior Product Manager (Remote, Contract)

Description

The company is hiring a senior product manager on a contract basis, working remotely.

The role sets the direction for new internal solutions and tools that support business goals, working with leadership and department heads.

You will be part of a team that bridges business stakeholders and technical staff, keeping everyone aligned and informed at each stage.

Responsibilities

• Work with leadership and department heads to set the direction for new solutions and tools that move business results.
• Turn strategic goals into concrete product solutions that fit both technical capabilities and business priorities.
• Manage each product from early discovery and requirements gathering through release, rollout into daily business operations, and ongoing improvement.
• Connect business stakeholders with technical teams so that goals, progress and decisions stay clear to everyone.
• Review current processes, spot where automation would help, and build the fixes.
• Work alongside business analysts, designers and engineers, and take on smaller projects or individual product stages when required.

Requirements

• You have at least 5 years working as a product or project manager in a fast-moving digital or technology setting, with results you can measure.
• You have a record of analysing business processes, improving them and leading digital transformation.
• You make decisions based on data and analytical thinking.
• You know when a problem should be solved with new software and when it can be solved without development.
• You have built automations that reduce manual work and improve processes.
• You use no-code or low-code tools to prototype early and test assumptions.
• You communicate well and can get stakeholders aligned.
• You work independently, stay organised, and are comfortable working remotely across time zones.
• You speak and write fluent English.
• Nice to have: a background in business analysis.

Conditions

This is a remote contract role.
