Middle Project Manager (Remote, Contract)

Description

This is a fully remote contract role managing internal projects for the company.

The work sits between business teams and technical teams, taking initiatives from early discovery through to rollout.

Responsibilities

• Run internal projects end to end, from gathering requirements through to delivering solutions and putting new processes in place.
• Interview users and hold discovery sessions with stakeholders to pin down needs, test assumptions, and turn them into concrete project requirements.
• Connect business stakeholders with technical teams so everyone stays aligned at each stage.
• Spot risks, issues, and dependencies early and plan how to handle them.
• Roll out new products, tools, and processes within existing business workflows.
• Drive change management, adjusting quickly as requirements, priorities, and business needs shift while keeping teams in step.
• Track project performance and KPIs to keep delivery tied to business results.
• Gather and analyze data to guide decisions and support proposed solutions.
• Write and present progress updates for stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Find process improvements and efficiency gaps across teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of project management experience.
• Hands-on background in business process analysis, optimization, or building product workflows.
• Solid communication and stakeholder management with both business and technical audiences.
• Make decisions based on data.
• Experience working with AI or bringing AI into products or business processes.
• Strong organizational and delivery skills, and comfort with changing requirements.
• English at B2 level or higher.
