Senior Product Manager (Remote, Contract)

Description

The company is hiring a senior product manager on a remote contract. The role sits between business leaders and technical teams and covers new internal solutions and tools from idea to daily use.

You will work with leadership and department heads to shape the direction of new solutions and tools meant to move business results.

Responsibilities

• Turn strategic goals into concrete product solutions, matching technical options to business priorities.
• Manage each product from discovery and requirements through release, rollout into day-to-day operations, and ongoing improvement.
• Review current processes, find where automation would help, and put the fixes in place.
• Keep business stakeholders and technical teams aligned, with clear and open communication at every stage.
• Work with business analysts, designers, and engineers, and take on niche projects or individual product stages when needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a product or project manager in a fast-moving digital or tech-driven setting, with delivery results you can measure.
• Track record in business process analysis, optimization, and digital transformation.
• Strong analytical skills and decisions based on data.
• Good judgment on whether a problem needs a build or can be solved without development.
• Experience building automations that streamline processes and manual work.
• Hands-on use of no-code or low-code tools to prototype early and test hypotheses.
• Clear communication and the ability to get stakeholders aligned.
• Self-directed and well organized, able to work remotely across time zones.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
• Business analysis background is a nice-to-have.

Conditions

Remote contract role.
