(Senior) Product Manager Consumer Touchpoints (m/f/d)

Description

The company is the leading invoice management provider in the Nordics, and this role sits in its Invoicing as a Service product, a full order-to-cash offering covering invoice creation and delivery, payments, dunning, debt collection and customer service.

You will set the direction for the consumer-facing touchpoints in that product, both digital and human, and turn customer insight and data into solutions that are scalable and balance consumer needs, business impact and operational cost.

This is a full-time role, open to any working arrangement, based in Oslo, Stockholm, Varberg, Helsinki or Copenhagen, with flexible working conditions available.

Responsibilities

• Set the product strategy, roadmap and priorities for your consumer touchpoint domains, covering digital and human channels.
• Own and keep improving the experience across every consumer-facing touchpoint.
• Find customer needs and opportunities through user research, feedback, market analysis and data.
• Build reusable product capabilities that scale across your domains.
• Define and monitor product KPIs such as conversion, digital self-service and customer satisfaction.
• Lead work across Product, Engineering, Operations, Commercial and Compliance.
• Write product requirements and take an active part in development, working closely with the platform team.
• Make sure the relevant regulatory and compliance requirements are built into your domains.

Requirements

• Several years of product management experience in cross-functional product organisations.
• Solid track record in product strategy, customer discovery and roadmap planning for digital products or services.
• Expertise in areas such as payments, dunning and collections, customer service or consumer self-service.
• An analytical, data-driven approach that leads to outcome-focused product decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, Operations and Commercial.
• A proactive, self-driven way of working, with the ability to decide in complex or unclear situations.
• Strong English communication skills and the ability to influence teams and people at all seniority levels. Swedish and Norwegian are an advantage.
