Why we're hiring:

You're disrupting AdTech from inside one of the world's largest media companies—with startup velocity and enterprise muscle to make SSPs and agencies move. We're building Open Intelligence Activation , a programmable platform enabling cross-channel audience orchestration, supply-side targeting, and activation across SSP partners and Publishers.

This isn't feature-shipping. It's product leadership where your AdTech expertise, AI-powered strategy, and go-to-market conviction directly determine whether our products reshape how agencies activate audiences at scale.

What you'll be doing:

What You Own

AdTech Strategy & Market Intelligence

Deep understanding of programmatic ecosystems, SSP partner incentives, and supply-side dynamics

Expertise in cross-channel audience creation (CTV, display, video)

Use AI to synthesize competitive intelligence, market research, and customer feedback into strategic opportunities

Stay obsessed with where the market is heading; use AI to stress-test concepts and anticipate partner objections

Go-to-Market as Product Strategy

Ensure partner alignment before launch—SSPs, agencies, and tech vendors understand not just what we built, but why they should care

Develop positioning narratives that differentiate us (why this reshapes cross-channel activation, not just another feature)

Own launch readiness: sales collateral, partner enablement, and customer success playbooks are battle-tested before go-live

Collaborate with Supply and Demand team so messaging is tightly aligned across all stakeholder groups

Execution & Prioritization

Maintain a prioritized, outcome-focused product backlog

Translate product vision into clear requirements and user stories with Engineering

Ship, learn, iterate—fast cycles beat perfect planning

Ruthlessly kill features that don't move the needle

Work closely with Design, Data, and cross-functional teams to unblock and drive adoption

Who you'll be working with:

Global advertising agencies are finally innovating in AdTech —and we're leading. We have the technical capability to build what agencies need, the enterprise relationship muscle to make SSP partners move, and the startup velocity to iterate faster than incumbents. We're literally on the edge of what's possible in supply-side targeting and cross-channel orchestration.
